Get ready for a high-voltage evening of surf rock and street vibes as Igor & The Red Elvises headline a free outdoor concert during July ArtWauk. Known for their energetic blend of Siberian surf, funk, and rock, the Red Elvises will perform live outside Nightshade and Dark’s Pandemonium Brewing in downtown Waukegan.

The music begins at 4 p.m. with sets from Destruction Baby, The Breakers, and The Rotary Phone Revival. Igor & The Red Elvises hit the stage later in the evening for a performance packed with flair and unforgettable sound.

The event features street food from Taqueria Guadalajara and craft brews and drink specials from Pandemonium Brewing.
